Dear Soul Traveller,

I’m Diana Rogerson — founder of Incharge Wellbeing and Alchemy Research Institute, spaces devoted to nervous system healing, soul-purpose embodiment, and the sacred union between ancient wisdom and modern transformation.

This publication, The Alchemist, has been quietly forming in the liminal. A sacred hearth for transmissions, reflections, and ritual — and a home for the unspoken parts of my work. It’s where I’ll pour the firelight of lived alchemy: the medicine of integration, the whispers of the elements, the truth that lives in our bodies, breath, and bones.

For years I’ve held space through 1:1 mentorships, youth workshops, corporate resilience programs, and spiritual guidance. Behind all that work, there’s always been the deeper rhythm: research on soul contracts, inner sovereignty, sacred geometry, somatic repair, and feminine-masculine integration — all through the lens of astrology, trauma science, and ancient cosmology.

It’s devotional. It asks everything of us — and then gives us back the clarity of our soul’s voice.
